We keep the same address and phone number on every page of this site, so if a listing or a forwarded message shows a different number, it did not come from us. When a correction touches a product page, tell us the page name so we can trace the source note behind it.

That is why there is a phone number and an email address rather than a walk-in schedule: the people who answer your message are the same people who check the ingredient notes behind it.
If you need to send documents or samples for review, email first and we will confirm the details — where to send them, what to label the package with, and who will receive it. Arranged deliveries are logged when they arrive, so a short note before shipping saves a follow-up later.

Finding the office
The office sits on Jl. Malioboro in the Gedong Tengen district of Yogyakarta, within walking distance of the Sosromenduran stretch and easy to reach by becak or by car from the centre. If you are coming to drop something off, message us the day before so someone is at the desk when you arrive.
Parking near Malioboro fills up in the late afternoon, so a morning slot is usually the calmest time to visit.
Working hours
We are available Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 Western Indonesian Time, and Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00. Messages that arrive outside these hours are read on the next working day. We are closed on Sundays and on public holidays.
Calls outside these hours go to a standard message, not to a person. If your question concerns a correction, the email route leaves a written trail we can act on the next morning.
What we can and cannot help with
We can explain an ingredient, clarify a label detail, or point you to the right page — for example, which listing on the site carries a particular vitamin and mineral blend, or why one capsule format lists a different serving size than another. We can also tell you where a figure on the site came from, and correct it if the source has moved on.
